Members are encouraged to suggest shows themselves via WhatsApp messages. If enough people opt for a particular show, then the
Convener liaises with them to confirm a group visit and arrange transport if necessary, usually car sharing.

The person suggesting the event might also take on the organising, if they are happy to do so.
