Privacy policy

This policy sets out how Longridge u3a will manage, how a member can access and change or delete personal information.

Carer policy

This policy defines the insurance liabilities of carers/companions covered by the Third Age Trust insurance.

Complaints policy

This policy defines the procedure by which members etc can complain and how the complaint will be progressed.
